SUITE (Madolo Suite /Timaka Suite) : A suite is best suited for 2 adult guests.
FAMILY SUITE 1 (Botsotso Family Suite) : 2 Bedroom Family Suite can sleep a maximum of 4 guests.
FAMILY SUITE 2 (Willem’s Den) : 3 Bedroom Family Suite can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
There is no minimum number of guests required for the suite types, but room allocation will be on a fair-use basis.
Rates are quoted:
- per person per night unless indicated otherwise
- in South African Rand (ZAR)
- inclusive of 15% Value Added Tax (VAT)
- Rates are subject to change at Serondella’s discretion and without prior notice. A confirmed booking will be honoured at the rate against which the booking was made, subject to deposit payment received by Serondella.
- Check-in Time is from 14:00 and check-out time before 11:00 (unless otherwise agreed).
- Please refer to Terms and Conditions for full child policy.
- Accommodation in a luxury suite;
- All meals;
- Beverages excluding premium brands;
- Twice daily safaris in open game viewing vehicle and additional bushveld walks (at the discretion of the guide and time of year), all with FGASA-accredited field guides and tracker;
- Transfers between Serondella and Thornybush Airstrip
- Emergency Evacuation service by air or road ambulance in case of a life-threatening situation;
- Laundry service;
- Wi-Fi.
- Premium brand beverages;
- Spa treatments;
- Any purchases of personal nature;
- Private game viewing vehicle;
- Any transfers and excursions not specified;
- Any services not specified.
Bookings are subject to the following levies:
- Conservation Fee: R495 per person per booking (regardless of length of stay).
- Airstrip landing fees
These are third-party charges and are subject to change without prior notice. These charges are added to each booking by Serondella as applicable and collected by Serondella on behalf of the third party.
