There is no minimum number of guests required for the suite types, but room allocation will be on a fair-use basis.

- Rates are subject to change at Serondella’s discretion and without prior notice. A confirmed booking will be honoured at the rate against which the booking was made, subject to deposit payment received by Serondella.
- Check-in Time is from 14:00 and check-out time before 11:00 (unless otherwise agreed).
